Area & Lodge Elk Events

This year the Rifle Elks in conjunction with the Grand Lodge of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks participated in the Dictionary Program for 3rd graders in our jurisdiction. We gave every third grader the 10th edition of the Student dictionary. Schools involved were Meeker Elementary, Wamsley and Highland elementary in Rifle, Roy Moore Elementary in Silt, and Bea Underwood Elementary in Battlement Mesa (all in Colorado). Each teacher was also given a Spanish/English dictionary. The smiles on the faces of the children tell it all.

Annual Crack Crack - February 10, 2007

At Crab Crack ER Gary Case raises a lot of money for ENF as he gets his head shaved. A lot of fun was had by all . This was the first time Gary has had his hair cut since the ENF hair shaving in 2001 We are able to be proud to say that this lodge year 2006-2007 we raised over $17.00 Per Capita for ENF coming in 3rd in the state.
